To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Health Check

The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption. Proof of this examination is required.

• Return Process

You must contact us within 30 days of adoption to initiate the return process.

• Original Condition

The puppy must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, free from injuries, health issues, or neglect not caused by our care.

3. Refund Process

Once the puppy is returned, the refund process will begin as follows:

• Inspection

We will perform a health inspection to confirm that the puppy is returned in good condition.

• Refund Issuance

If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of Mind after the 30-day period

  • Neglect, abuse, or injury caused by the owner
